Skip the Manual Work: How to Use the NLM Plugin with WordPress

00:00:41.680 automation all the more integrated and
00:00:44.879 all the more powerful.

00:00:48.960 from our users uh and our clients over
00:00:52.079 these last few months, we’ve actually
00:00:54.399 done tons of improvements. There’s
00:00:56.559 another session during the event where
00:00:58.480 you can see that. But it’s really
00:01:00.879 important to know that right now this
00:01:02.559 plug-in is very very different than what
00:01:05.199 we’ve started with. So in general
00:01:07.920 settings,
00:01:10.240 uh you you now have something that’s
00:01:12.400 really cool and it’s called enable auto
00:01:15.520 schedule. So you can turn it off, you
00:01:18.400 can turn it back on, and you can play
00:01:20.400 with it. So it even tells you what it
00:01:23.200 does. The idea is that if you turn this
00:01:26.320 to on,
00:01:28.159 everything that you send from
00:01:32.159 the web app of Next Level, actually
00:01:34.320 every time you decide to approve a piece
00:01:37.520 of content and you say that you will
00:01:39.119 publish it using our plug-in,
00:01:42.240 um, it gets sent here. So that’s the
00:01:45.200 usual behavior. So you go and do that in
00:01:47.119 the web app. You approve it and then it
00:01:50.240 automatically sends it here. Now it is
00:01:53.920 that all of these things have a status
00:01:56.159 and some of them don’t actually get
00:01:58.880 published unless you go and you click on
00:02:02.079 the schedule button.
00:02:08.080 Of course these are already published.
00:02:09.520 That’s why I can find the schedule
00:02:10.800 button. But you go and you have to
00:02:13.680 manually do that. So that’s how the
00:02:16.560 article currently enters here. And then
00:02:19.280 you would have to click schedule and
00:02:20.800 then it will go to the scheduling
00:02:22.319 section.
00:02:24.160 But you don’t want that right now. Okay,
00:02:29.680 we’re going back and we have this list.
00:02:31.760 So some people actually want to make
00:02:34.080 sure that everything is perfect here in
00:02:37.360 author, you know, the post and the

00:03:11.840 platform. That’s why I said that you can

00:04:56.000 understand this, but the idea is that
00:04:58.080 without our plug-in, WordPress cannot
00:05:00.320 function fully automatically. And with
00:05:03.120 our plug-in, we actually make requests
00:05:04.880 to it every 15 minutes. So that’s why
00:05:07.120 sometimes you will see that there’s a
00:05:08.800 short delay uh between getting an
00:05:11.440 article here and then it having the
00:05:14.240 scheduled
00:05:15.919 um status. So it will remain in draft
00:05:18.639 for a while until the system picks it up
00:05:21.919 in case you don’t have traffic. Uh we’ve
00:05:24.240 built this into WordPress ourselves and
00:05:26.400 into the plug-in. So this is another
00:05:28.800 reason why the current version of the
00:05:30.880 plug-in is actually fantastic.
00:05:33.280 Now, if somebody if something actually
00:05:35.360 arrives here, you can actually skip the
00:05:37.440 manual works. You don’t even need to do
00:05:38.960 this anymore because I’ve just shown you
00:05:41.280 how you can do it all from here.
00:05:44.479 And
00:05:46.080 uh the content will actually enter the
00:05:48.000 scheduled post. So, you will see it
00:05:49.440 here. And this is everything that you
00:05:51.600 will have with the status scheduled.
00:05:54.240 Now, if you go to schedule
00:05:57.680 and you set this once, you can say like,
00:06:01.199 I want any new content that arrives here
00:06:03.919 to be published on Tuesday and Thursday.
00:06:06.160 So, I’m going to remove Saturday. I no
00:06:08.639 longer want Saturday. And I want them

00:06:14.880 6 p.m. And I will click on save. The

00:06:23.440 actually going to be rescheduled by our
00:06:26.160 system according to the new rules that
00:06:28.800 you have set here. Now the the beauty of
00:06:32.080 it is that once you set this logic here,
00:06:36.160 so once you have this rule here,
00:06:39.199 you no longer need to go and manually do
00:06:41.759 things. You don’t manually have to go
00:06:44.560 and click on the all post section inside
00:06:48.080 WordPress. You don’t have to play around
00:06:49.680 with this anymore. You don’t you don’t
00:06:51.440 even need to care about it anymore
00:06:55.120 because all you will need to do is
00:06:57.680 actually going to get done for you by
00:07:00.800 this by this panel right here because
00:07:02.880 you already have the rule. So everything
00:07:04.800 that comes in is going to get
00:07:07.199 automatically scheduled and published
00:07:09.360 according to the rules. And then
00:07:14.240 everything that comes in this other

00:07:42.400 something to WordPress, you don’t even
00:07:44.560 need to care about it anymore because

00:07:49.360 going to get published without even
00:07:51.919 touching buttons or doing things uh
00:07:54.879 inside of WordPress anymore. So that’s
00:07:57.280 like the full power of the new
00:07:58.960 automations that we’ve built inside
00:08:01.759 WordPress. Now other really cool things
00:08:04.240 are the fact that you know when
00:08:07.599 something hits WordPress even even if
00:08:10.080 you touch this or you don’t touch this
00:08:12.879 uh the title is going to get picked up
