Sending Over 200 Emails At Once? Read here.
We’ve built Email Hero to save you from costly email marketing mistakes.
If you’re planning to send a campaign to over 200 contacts inside Email Hero, please read this to begin preparing for AWS SES integration.
Why Email Hero + AWS SES Is the Secret to Higher Conversions.
There will be a process for allowing you to send massive campaigns, but it’s the same as on other email marketing platforms. What Amazon Web Services (AWS) needs to see:
- you have a clear way for leads (email subscribers) to join your email list
- you already have some previous campaigns sent and give them some samples, to understand what kinds of emails you are sending.
That’s it. They then give you access to start sending. Until now, they gave 60,000 email contacts limit. Once they see you keep sending without problems, they increase it for you.
This is standard for the whole industry now.
If you plan on sending with Email Hero asap, use the Google account connections. We recommend connecting multiple gmail accounts and dividing the email lists. That way you can have one gmail account sending 30 emails today. Then 30 emails tomorrow, etc.
If you multiply with 3 other accounts, you’re already sending 120 emails/ day without any issues. Of course, you can choose to do more, but it’s safer to do 30 / account, at least at first until you win reputation with gmail and the other ISPs and email inbox providers. This process is called warming up the account.
Important Note:
Even with the email address you will use with AWS SES, you will still need to do some warming up. If you haven’t send many emails, don’t start sending tons of emails.
To illustrate:
florin@fourhourseo.com
That email address is well known. I’ve been using it for years to send millions upon millions of emails. It has good reputation. ISPs and Inbox providers all trust it.
FourHourSEO.com as a domain name also has good reputation.
New email addresses and new domain names need to start building up reputation first.
