The domain identity for DKIM will be created from the Verified Identities tab (starting 23:14)
DNS settings in your Cpanel, or any place where you can set your Cnames. (starting 22:55) – without dkim others could hijack your emails, which is why this is a requirement.
Request Production Access (starting 26:29, to start writing to Amazon that you’ve finished setup and sent a first email. You will need to give them info about your business, why you’re sending emails, what you want to accomplish and how you collect the email subscribers you will have) – you’ll do this from the dashboard.
