How to Connect an X (Twitter) Account?

1. Go to @Manage Social Profiles from the left-side menu.
2. Click the “Add a social media profile” button (top right).
3. Select Twitter (X Account) from the list.

You’ll be redirected to the Twitter Authorization Page:

You’ll see the following info:

Squirrly Social wants to access your X account:

Make sure you’re logged in to the correct X account you want to connect. You’ll see which account is currently logged in on this screen.

• If the correct account is shown, click “Authorize App.”
• If it’s the wrong account, click “Cancel,” log in to the correct X account on X, and repeat the steps above.

Once authorized:

You’ll receive a success message:

Twitter was successfully connected as a social profile.

You’ll now see your X account in the connected profile listed under Manage Social Profiles, including:

• Profile image
• Profile name and handle (@)
• Type of profile
• Who connected it
• Access expiration date
• Options to Reconnect or Remove
