How Can I Schedule My Posts?

You have two main ways to schedule your posts in Squirrly Social:

Option 1: Add to Calendar

When creating a new post, choose “Add to Calendar” to schedule it for a specific date and time.

• Select the social media profiles you want to publish to.
• Add your caption and image.
• Toggle the Schedule option and pick your preferred date and time.
• Click Save — and you’re done!

Option 2: Save to Post Groups

Alternatively, you can choose “Save to Post Groups”. This lets Squirrly Social handle the publishing schedule based on the group’s settings.

• Choose the Post Group where you want to save the post.
• Set the post status (Draft or Approved).
• Click Save.

To set the publishing times for a Post Group:

1. Click on the Post Group name (left side of the screen).

2. On the right side, click the “Schedule” button.

3. Select the days and times you want content from that group to be published.

This is a great way to automate your publishing strategy across multiple platforms.
