What Other Settings Do I Have for Images?

When you select an image inside the Media Library, you have several useful options:

1. Use in Post

Click the “Use in Post” button to instantly add the image to a new social media post.

2. Delete Image

Remove the image from your library by clicking the delete icon.

3. Move to a Different Folder

Select a different folder from the “Move to folder” dropdown, then click the move file icon.

4. Add Suggested Post Text

Write a recommended caption for future posts using this image.

Don’t forget to click the “Save Suggested Text” button to save your caption.

5. Add File Notes

Use this section to add internal notes about the image (e.g. where it came from, how it’s meant to be used).

Click the “Save Notes” button to save your comments.

These tools help you stay organized, plan content more effectively, and reuse images with clarity and purpose.
